Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American Vietnamese business owner living in Orange County in California. Alongside my amazing partner JP as well as my happy dad Henry. Many people recognize my username as @annephung on Instagram which is where I share my life from ups to the downs. When I was just 1 1/2 years old My family and I immigrated to America. If it wasn't because of the sacrifices made by my parents I might not have been here to share the journey with you. In the hope of having the best life possible I was determined to try my best to please them. I determined to achieve my goals. I had a plan for my life: university, get a job, get married, buy a house and have kids. My plan for success was to attend college to graduate, then get an executive job. After that, I'd marry then buy a house, and have kids. Life had other ideas. In 2013 I found myself anxious about going to work. job. The money and the status was not bringing me joyand I was feeling like I was wasting my life away in exchange for a salary even though I knew I was meant for more. While navigating my way through a different direction in my career, I found that I was supposed to work as a personal trainer. I enjoyed working out, I liked being social, and I love helping people. In 2014 I started my own business, and in the year 2021 I will be celebrating my 7th birthday. Within this industry, there are not many Asian women. As a coach, I want to change the world by providing quality training to assist others in becoming more healthy and happy. Additionally, I aim to inspire others to pursue their dreams and goals and achieve anything they would like to accomplish. My career was beginning to take off, I had the biggest loss in my life: my mother's passing away. To be in Heaven she now rests following an eight-year fight against the disease known as Scleroderma. But I still carry the memory of her daily. We can learn a lot from the world, even if it may be difficult to see it now. My mother's sudden death that changed me for good. In my opinion, it gave me an opportunity at life. When she passed away on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was her time to start her next life and I was given a second chance to live an enjoyable, fulfilling and fulfilling life. In my 30s, I have a sense of living and being alive. I don't feel as if I'm just a mere existence anymore. When I tell the story of my experiences, it's with the intention that people can relate to my experiences and thoughts. To know that they're not the only ones. Also, that there exists true love. Additionally, therapy is necessary and is not uncommon. Also, wellness is your greatest wealth. I hope that you enjoy your life to its fullest and to die with no regrets because death is the only thing that is promised to us in our life.
